What is the difference between an Artist Book and a Art Journal?- Answer...the Artist Book is an artwork in itself that takes the form of a book. It usually has a theme and the pages are full and complete. It often uses the entire book as an object to express an idea, narrative, or concept. It's an experience for the reader(owner)
- An Art Journal is meant to be used, written in, drawn in, stitched in, or other media used to chronicle your stories etc. For me I view it as a collaboration between the Maker(me) and the owner(you). I start the story and you take it from there and make it your own.
